CAROLINE EGERTON

35 years “walking the talk” as a Global Project Manager gave me ever-

changing challenges, the ability to keep learning, developing myself and others.  I now focus on sharing my "transferable knowledge" with my own clients through Egerton-Consulting.  I am as passionate as ever to drive project delivery and, ultimately, enable my clients to succeed.

My experience has been gained through working with large corporates, smaller independent businesses and as a charity volunteer.  With a diversified range of projects delivered across Europe and with US based partners delivering global software solutions, multi-country process alignment, set up offshore processing, team re-engineering, client service delivery, business development, telemarketing and field marketing client, business closures, business start-ups and many more “problem solving projects”.
