I have a positive track record leading and working with transatlantic and pan-European Project Teams. My Project Management Training from Cranfield University School of Management provided the skill set I required to deliver positive project outcomes for my Sponsors.  I have diversity of experience ranging across IT implementations, business operations process re-engineering, incident and crisis management, client service and business development for field marketing and telemarketing.   My Client projects range across industry sectors including: entertainment, telephony, mobile communication, travel, automotive, FMCG, confectionery, toys, grocery and convenience retail, on trade, B2B and B2C.
